What are the delivery times?

 

All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12am will be shipped that day.

Your order will arrive within 1-2 business days.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs € 4.5 to all locations and is free for orders of € 59.90 or more.

 

How can I change the shipping address?

Once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

 

Can I modify / cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel or modify it as the products are already being prepared in order to guarantee the shortest possible processing time.

 

Damaged goods

If you receive an incorrect package / missing products / items damaged due to transport, you have 48 hours from the delivery of the package to claim the mistake. The customer must immediately notify orders@fukuj.com.
